At the August meeting we heard and approved a grant request by Mrs. Robbins and Mrs. Rosemeyer (2nd Grade) for shade sails for the newly renovated courtyard area of the school. Both of these teachers did an amazing amount of work to turn this little used area into an outdoor classroom space. With the funds granted by the foundation, shade sails were purchased and installed to help make the outdoor classroom space comfortable at any time of day.
