$250 to the 5th grade Kindness Committee, facilitated by Ms Turro, for their bus fees to visit the Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter. The Kindness Committee has come up with an initiative to raise funds for the shelter. This will help students learn about the importance of giving back to the community through their collective effort. The project aims to develop leadership skills and allow the students to directly see the impact of their efforts. They will visit the shelter to tour the facility and deliver their donations.
